To make meat tender for stews or kebabs, marinate it with a mixture of yogurt, grated onion, and saffron before cooking. Let it rest for at least 30 minutes. This process ensures the meat becomes softer and more flavorful.

Additional Tip:

For kebabs, if you let the meat marinate in the mixture of yogurt, grated onion, and saffron for 24 hours, you’ll achieve an exceptionally delicious and flavorful result.

For even tastier grilled meat, add a few drops of lemon juice to the marinade . This enhances the flavor of the meat significantly.
